- Do we offer FREE quotations?
- We offer FREE advice over the phone and we are more than happy to give you indications of cost remotely using your pictures/videos but an initial consultation is £120. We are a small family business and cannot sustain free quotations. We provide written quotations with detailed site analysis and fixed costs, 2D designs and FREE samples and product catalogues.
- How does the booking process work?
- Once we’ve had a conversation on the phone and taken down your details, we will send you a pro-forma invoice and agree a date for the initial site survey. A site survey is necessary for us to prepare contracts for you to agree.
- What is our current lead time?
- More often than not, we expect wait times around 3-6 months. As we stand in February 2023, you are only looking at a wait time of around 2 months. (This can vary from day to day, as I’m sure you understand).
- Why does my lawn look red?
- Obligations of business will frequently occur sed that pleasures have to be repudiateds and our annoyances matters to this principle.
- Will we work out of area?
- We have indeed worked on many projects hundreds of miles from our location. We are more than prepared to do so but please bare in mind that extra costs will be incurred.
